Guthrie is also involved in asset enhancement projects overseas which include Life Square Mall in Shenyang, China and TaiMall in Taoyuan, Taiwan. Meanwhile, AsiaMalls Management Pte Ltd is the retail consultant for Island Plaza in Penang, Malaysia and also the retail consultant for three other greenfield projects in Malaysia – 1st Avenue in Penang and SStwo in Petaling Jaya. The malls in Malaysia were launched by Asian Retail Mall II Limited fund in which Guthrie has a 1.25% stake.

In Jakarta, Wisma Nusantara is a 30-storey office tower owned by PT Wisma Nusantara International in which Guthrie has an indirect 75.97% stake.
Wisma Nusantara is a long-standing member of an elite group of institutions and companies located in Jakarta's prime business district along Jalan Thamrin. The street is lined by the country's top financial institutions, trading companies, embassies and shopping centers. Soekarno-Hatta International Airport is just a half-hour away.
The Wisma Nusantara complex offers a broader range of services than other office buildings through the creative integration of business, hotel accommodations and entertainment facilities.
In Hanoi, BIDV Tower is a 25-storey office building owned by BIDV Tower Joint Venture Company, in which Guthrie has an indirect 36% stake.
